Returns & Exchanges

Have you recently purchased an item on Cleo + Fig and you have a concern with your recent purchase?

If you would like us to respond to an issue right away, please submit your request in the form provided and remember to supply your order number so we can do our best to respond and address your request as soon as possible. Make sure you include:

  • Order ID # 
  • Reason for your return or exchange request

Once approved, and your returned item has been received, Cleo + Fig will exchange your item or process a partial or full refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 calendar days for your credit or refund to be processed as all banks operate differently.

All approved returns and exchanges must be in new, unused condition, returned with original packaging. Returns postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted and your item will be sent back to you. 

Shipping costs for returning or to be exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer. 

All sale items are final sale. Really, as in FINAL, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be permitted.
